Constitution COMMITTEE REPORT

Each issue of The VVA Veteran prior to the Convention will
include instructions on how to use the on-line process to
submit Proposed Constitution Amendments.
STEP 1: Go to: http://www.vva.org/forms/constitutional_amendment.html
STEP 2: Fill out the form in its entirety
STEP 3: Then click on “Submit.” An immediate
receipt of your submission will be given.
The National Constitution
Committee will meet Friday, April 20, at 5:30 p.m., in the
Crowne Plaza Hotel in Silver Spring, Maryland. I encourage
those who have submitted proposed amendments to the VVA Constitution
to come to the meeting to support your proposed amendments.
The Constitution Committee will prepare its responses and
forward to each chapter and state council its recommendations
by May 17. Remember that time will be provided at the National
Convention to attend the Constitution Committee’s meetings.
Don’t forget
that we will not accept any Proposed Constitutional Amendments
after close of business, March 19.
