BY MARSHA FOUR

Early in the morning on Veterans Day, a crowd gathered to listen to a reading of the names of the American women killed in the Vietnam War. Many had died in Operation Babylift. VVA's Sara McVicker distributed roses. There was one rose for each woman who died. At the cermony's end, all the roses were placed around the Women's Memorial.
