VVA's Agent Orange Initiative is a humanitarian,
veteran-to-veteran effort to document Agent Orange exposure
(particularly from hand and truck spraying of bases) and to
define likely hot spots of dangerously high levels on former
U.S. and ARVN bases in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION IS NEEDED?
Personal
anecdotes; base maps ( printed or hand drawn); photos showing
Agent Orange drums, tanks, spraying, and incidents.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Complete the
form below and send it and any other information you have to
VVA. Please provide as much detail as possible. Include
information you have about off-loading, transport, and storage
routes of Agent Orange at your base; exact location of AO
storage on your base; how often and where spraying around
bases occurred; location of spills, leaking tanks and drums;
disposal sites; crash sites of spray planes or trucks; any
other relevant information.
All
information will be kept strickly confidentail. If you know
other Vietnam veterans who may have information, please copy
