The VAMC says that I have service-connected PTSD but I am being denied disability under 38 C.F.R. 3.12 Sec. 3h(2). Oliver Jackson served onboard the USS Denver, 1976-77, and witnessed an individual losing his arm as a result of an onboard accident when his arm became entangled in a line and caused it to be ripped off.
