About west virginia state council
Each year, beginning in 1989, a state within Region 3 will host a Regional Conference. This is a very popular and well attended event. Beginning in 1989 in Charleston, South Carolina, each year the hosting state selects a site that indicative of the beauty, diversity, and hospitability that their respective state offers.
The West Virginia State Council of Vietnam Veterans of America is proud and honored to host the 20th George Duggins Region 3 Conference and has selected the largest and one of the loveliest cities in the Mountain State, Charleston, as the site for the 2009 Region 3 Conference.
