VVA AND VETJOBS TEAM UP TO PROMOTE THE NOVEMBER 10TH 25TH ANNIVERSARY PARADE
(Washington, D.C.) – “Vietnam Veterans of America is pleased to announce that VetJobs, the nation’s largest military-related Internet job board, is now available to veterans through VVA’s website, www.vva.org,” said John Rowan, VVA National President. “We urge you to check out the VetJobs job board where you can post your resume and take a look at job offerings in your field. This site, which offers the best career services and support for our veterans and their family members, can spell the difference between success and failure in the job search,” said Rick Weidman, VVA Executive Director for Policy and Government Affairs. “We are grateful to our partner, VetJobs, and president, Ted Daywalt, for his willingness to help VVA spread the word about the parade in honor of the 25th Anniversary of the Dedication of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial,” said Rowan. By posting banner ads on www.VetJobs.com and by printing announcements in the VetJobs newsletter, more than 400,000 people will learn about VVA and the upcoming November 10th events.
